Any family member is eligible to use this prescription card to save money at over 60,000 pharmacies throughout the United States.
Prescription Savings – My Free Health Savings Card provides average savings of approximately 28% from retail prices on prescription medications. Savings on brand name drugs are typically 10% to 15% from retail prices. Savings on generic drugs range from 15% to 80% off retail prices. If the pharmacy offers a lower promotional price, the lower price is passed on to you. This program is not insurance.

No Application – With this program, no application is required. When you present My Free Health Savings Card to the pharmacy, you will be automatically enrolled. Simply start using the card provided.
Drug Coverage – This program covers practically any drug, including prescription vitamins and supplements, for which you have a prescription. You don’t have to worry about checking if your prescription drug medication or nutritional supplements are part of the program.
Enrollment – Members are enrolled at the point of sale. Simply enter your name and member ID (your 10 digit phone number including area code) on the card and present it to the pharmacy.
